What's the last
thing that made you laugh so hard you couldn't stop?
Chick Karin Let's see... well today, for instance, while
driving the kids in the car, we all pretended we were from Texas. We were
only allowed to speak with a Southern accent for the next 28 miles (the
distance we live from school). Wilson sounded like he had a lisp, Reide was
a confused Swedish girl (couldn't quite get the whole accent thing going),
Taylor melded her accent with some rap singer lingo and Avery just kept
yelling at all of us, "I CAN'T UNDERSTAND YOU! STOP IT TALKING LIKE THAT!!"
Y'all try it some time. Very funny.
Chick Jana Oh gosh... I'd have to
say my kids pretending laugh. We do that every now and then, just start
pretending to laugh and then we break out into real laughter and we can't
stop; we feed off of each other. It usually happens around the dinner table
and is quite hysterical -- a 1 and 3 year old making a 33 and 35 year old
laugh hysterically.
Chick Kristin I can't remember
ever having a laugh attack that made my belly hurt, but Chick Jana's
daughter, Alaine, can make me chuckle the entire time I'm with her, and then
giggle all over again when I retell the stories to my husband. Alaine is so
much fun to be around -- she's funny, brilliant and captivating. Must be her
mother's influence!
Chick Megan This is so silly...
but I had some work done at the dentist's office and they numbed the one
side of my face. It was soooo numb that it drooped, and every time I tried
to smile, only one side worked. Every time I flared my nose, only one
nostril flared. Well, I thought this was pretty humorous in and of itself,
but after sharing it with my four year old who literally fell to the ground
in hysterical laughter and then asked to see it repeatedly for the next two
hours -- that sent me into a full-fledged laugh lock!
Chick Jeanette Boy, I am sorry,
but I can't think of anything too funny in my life right now, unless maybe
our MN governor. I am listening to Lunch With the Governor on the
radio right now. He's very amusing to listen to -- that's Gov. Jesse
Ventura, I mean. Anyone interested in moving to MN?
Chick Lynn I have been laughing
more the last two weeks then I can remember! My girlfriends can make me
laugh like no others. And, maybe because I am focusing more on today and
what feels good and what makes me happy, I seem to be happier. I was even
laughing in the isle of the grocery store this morning when I was
researching mouse traps. I couldn't believe this new "box" trap they have --
super glue on the bottom of the box. No poisons. We will see; I spent all
morning planting them in the corners of my house. |
