Who is the luckiest woman alive?

Okay... maybe this was a lame question. Or maybe nobody was in the mood to answer it. Either way, it's about the lowest response we ever received from a QOW question. But Chick Jeanette should be proud. From now on she can boast that 50% of the Chicks responding to our survey claimed that SHE was the Luckiest Woman Alive! (We won't mention the fact that Minnie Mouse was behind her by a single vote.)

 
Its gotta be Minnie Mouse. I mean, c'mon -- she always has a smile on her face and a bow in her hair. Her husband (who is also a smiler) has enjoyed a career with incomparable longevity with no end in sight. And their home is located in the Happiest Place on Earth with more house cleaners than a wife could dream of! What more could a gal want? Chick Cheryl

I would have to say Jeanette Locke. She has to be the luckiest and since she can't pick herself, I'll do it. She has no problems with money, kids, husband or home. She spends her winters in sunny AZ and summers on the St Croix river. Between bridge and golf games her life is nearly perfect. Oops, except for the golf--she's not exactly perfected that yet!! I believe the luckiest woman alive would be my mother [Chick Jeanette]. She has lived a great life and almost perfect to her plan. She has three daughters (which I'm sure was her plan, though my athletic coach dad had a slightly different one) whom she raised beautifully. She taught us all to be open minded, independent, strong, secure and spiritual, or should I say Lutheran? She did this all by living the example, and loving it. She is now in the stage of her life where she is reaping the many fruits of her various labors with her husband of 45 years. She is exactly where she wanted to be at this point in her life... and then some. Anyone would be the luckiest person alive to be that happy. Oh, and who wouldn't be lucky to have me for a daughter? Rosalyn Carter. She has had a life of romance, adventure and service with a true gentleman whom she obviously respects and loves. They seem to be honest with one another, faithful to one another, and devoted to one another. This carries over in their commitment to people around the globe. She is strong in her own right as is he. Together, they are indomitable. crone
