If you could make a New Year's resolution for anyone, who and what would it be?

I'll make this one for my kids... "We promise to obey our parents this year, put away all toys when we're done with them and not put our fingers in our noses in public." Chick Cheryl

I would like to make a New Year's resolution for all the Muslim Male Extremists. Nah, I'm not going to. It would cause a stir. I'd hate to be so self-centered that all I think about is me, and how someone else could possibly change to make me happier, but what the heck:

• I would hope that Phil could see in the New Year, just anytime in the New Year, that I look absolutely fabulous in diamonds, and resolves to buy me many more.
• I'd also like to make a resolution for each of my kids... Taylor will keep her room clean, Reide will relax a little bit, Wilson will quit being so lazy at life, and Avery, well, will pick up after herself.
• And then, if I succeed at all that, I would like to flip the brain switch of every Muslim Male Extremist, and have them do what is right... in my mind. Chick Karin

My resolution would be an outreach to all of the people in our Country who have serious drug and alcohol addictions for whatever reason. I hope for an end and a cure of their daily struggles. Chick Lynn

Oh boy, this is a loaded question... I hope nobody makes one for me. I'll pick on my son, Austin. His New Year's resolution is to listen and respect his mother more and oh yeah, maybe once, go poop on the potty instead of his pants. Chick Jana

I would make a New Years resolution for my daughter, Karin. It would be to work on my time management skills. Work on planning ahead to as not to be late--early instead--for all engagements. Work on not showering and getting "cute" after guests arrive. (Karin is very skilled at so many things but being prepared ahead is not one of them. This resolution is made by a loving mother, however.) Chick Jeanette

I would resolve that my sister Sally take time for herself during the New Year. With a special needs child and a rambunctious four-year-old, a full time job in the software industry she rarely takes the time she needs for herself. Chick Susie
